GENERAL NOTE:
This is possibly Richard MORCOM (b.c.1794 according to death age of 77 in Q1 1871 in Barnstaple). He left a will and codicil dated 27 Mar 1871, proved at Exeter, (under £300), mine agent and died at Combmartin DEV. His surviving executor was John DOVELL, the younger, yeoman of Combmartin. The description says "late of Combmartin" which implies that he was not from there originally.
